Had an excellent experience with Abram at Chimney Star. This was the first time to have our chimney cleaned but also needed some repairs. Abram was detailed in how he described both the inspections they would complete but also the steps for the repairs I’d asked for prior to them coming out for the first visit. They did all the initial work quickly and cleanly in the first visit and after custom ordering a part, came back and finished the job the next week. He was courteous, clean and communicated each step and kept me informed. HIGHLY recommend working with Chimney Star and will for all my future cleanings or repairs.

From the beginning to the end my experience with chimney Star was amazing.I've scheduled online an Inspection.The technician called me before the appointment with an exact Eta, Ive Met with David he throughly inspected the chimney and swept my flue.I needed some extra repairs for my chimney I've received the quote immediately and decided to pull the trigger and get the chimney and cap repair preformed by chimney StarDavid and his helper were quick to complete the job and provided me with after care information.David is a real professional!!I'm super happy with the service and I've already recommended chimney star to my parents.Thank you very much for great communication and service

I've initially talked to Abraham on the phone and he explained to me thoroughly the process of fireplace inspection cleaning and pricing.I have met with Jacob the technician he was very thorough with the inspection and was able to provide me photos of the damages I had in my fireplace.I've decided to hire chimney star to clean my chimney and repair the Masonary inside of my fireplace they were able to get the job done quickly and clean for a fair price.I recommend them for anybody who's looking for a fireplace services in Austin

We recently hired Chimney star - Chimney Sweep for a large fireplace & masonry Repair and they did a magnificent job. Our experience with Moses, who sold us the project, and Jessica who worked with us from the office side, was met with patience quality and professionalism.Moses exceeded any expectations that I had. His assistant Jackson was great as well. Both Moses and Jackson respected the covid mask wearing request, as well, and were very professional and clean while working in our home. They left the place so clean when it was all done, too. We had hired Chimney Star in the past for chimney sweep, Dryer Vent and Air Duct cleaning and still continue to use them for that as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chimney Star was hyper responsive and got me scheduled within less than a week when three other companies failed to fulfill their obligation. Abraham and his partner showed up on time and they were extremely thorough and did a fantastic job. He was able to repair our firebox too which was needed! Abraham at Chimney Star was great!! I was initially only looking for cleaning as my fireplace was recently inspected when I bought the place, but their inspection was much more comprehensive. He took the time to explain what he found, showed pictures, and gave me different options to repair and concerning to a fully gas fireplace. The fireplace hadn’t been used in years, and he cleaned everything out in one go. He even protected my furniture and cleaned up a. Now we’re all ready for cozy fires this winter! Definitely will come back for cleanings in the future.

He used a drone to view what type of vent we had, as well as later getting on the the roof to clear the clogged up vent. Abraham did a wonderful job inspecting and repairing our chimney and fireplace! We moved into an old house, and needed to make sure our gas/wood fireplace was in good repair and safe to use. I had Air Duct Star come for an inspection of the ducts after a mold remediation. They inspected the whole house more thoroughly than any other company did. Found a hole in the plenum box and fixed it as part of the inspection. Also did not try to sell me any additional services as cleaning wasn't necessary. Very professional. I am extremely happy. Will have them come again whenever I have an issue.

These guys are absolutely great! I had a very bad experience with a more "well known" company in Austin.I did my research and there are many scams out there in this space, but once I called Air Duct Star and talked to Abraham on the phoneI was convinced their scope of work was what I needed.
